In general, you should only add pages that are absolutely necessary to your website. When you create a page, you should have important information to communicate that is not covered on any other page on your site.
You also only want to create pages that you will consistently maintain for the duration that your website is live. If you add pages that fall out of date, or later have irrelevant or inaccurate content, this will hurt your website performance.
We don't like to provide hard rules for this because every organization is unique. But in general, a down-ballot campaign can ideally have one page, while a more complex organization might have 5 or 6 pages.
