Every page you build on Winnable will need good imagery. This helps site visitors stay engaged with your content - no one likes reading a big wall of text.
Stock Photos
You can always search for stock imagery here if you don't have photos available. Try to find photos that relate to the specific content you're writing, and make sure to preview all your content together if you're using multiple stock photos on one page.
Image Recommendations
For your home page, you'll want a photo that captures visual elements that summarize your mission. You'll want a photo that's at least 2000px wide but under 2MB in size. You can find more detailed instructions about image file sizes here.
Other pages and modules will specify the recommended file size in the help text of the image field. Try to follow our recommendations as closely as possible - this will ensure your website looks the best on phones and computer screens!
Always Preview
You should preview all images and other content in the Page Editor in Winnable before publishing your site. Make sure all your images and writing look good on mobile, tablet, and desktop - especially if you're working with stock photos.
